Paddy Power Betfair have a huge property portfolio across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. They have over 350 betting shops that require regular asbestos re-inspection and maintenance surveys.
Knowing they had a complicated and large-scale project, Paddy Power wanted a single asbestos contractor to partner with. Having one point of contact for all their asbestos consultancy requirements and ongoing management responsibilities would make the safe management of the sites more efficient. In 2012, they awarded the contract to AMC Asbestos, and we’ve been working with them ever since.
For more than a decade, AMC and Paddy Power have worked together to pro-actively mitigate the risk of asbestos exposure in their buildings. We have implemented and maintained an impressive framework to achieve the identification, removal and abatement of asbestos across the organisation.
